The included collection area
Our £1,645 Direct Cremation includes collection within 20 miles of our Heathfield office, day or night. Our office address is 2-3 Browning Road, Heathfield, TN21 8DB.
The area we can support is wider than the included collection radius. For a collection beyond 20 miles, an additional charge may apply. We will explain and agree any charge with you before proceeding. Listing a town below does not mean every address there is within the included area.

East Sussex
We support families in Heathfield and surrounding communities, including Uckfield, Crowborough, Hailsham, Eastbourne, Hastings, Bexhill and Lewes. Families in Mayfield and Wadhurst can also contact our Heathfield team to discuss arrangements.
If the person who has died is at home, in a care home, hospital or mortuary, tell us the broad collection location. We can discuss the practical arrangements and whether the collection falls within the included area. You do not need to work this out from the town name alone.
West Kent
Our wider service area includes Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and surrounding communities. Please speak with us about the collection location so we can confirm availability and explain any charge outside the included 20-mile area.
Where you live and where your loved one needs to be collected from may be different. It is the collection location we need to discuss when explaining the included collection area.
Local care and chapel choices
The £1,645 service is an unattended cremation: family and friends do not attend the crematorium. If you would like time beforehand, the optional private chapel visit and Attended Direct Cremation ceremony take place in our private Heathfield chapel. They are alternative choices.
